District Superintendent Elect

Pastor Dave Dahlberg

Dave has served in pastoral ministry for nearly four decades and has been the Lead Pastor of Christian Faith Fellowship in Tucson since 2005. He has also served our district in numerous leadership roles, including as a member of the District Board of Administration, a district pastor-coach, and a member of the District Board of Ministerial Development. He has represented our district at multiple General Conferences and was named the Pacific Southwest District Pastor of the Year in 2012.

Dave earned his Master of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary and completed his Doctor of Ministry in Church Leadership and Renewal at Regent University in 2023. Throughout his ministry, he has demonstrated a deep commitment to developing leaders, coaching pastors, planting churches, and helping people become mature followers of Jesus. He and his church also helped plant, United Christian Fellowship, a Filipino congregation in Tucson.

Those who know Dave recognize his love for pastors and their families, his heart for evangelism and discipleship, and his desire to see churches become healthy, unified, and increasingly effective in reaching their communities. Dave and his wife, Kim, have been married since 1983. They have three sons and five grandchildren.
